I really Appreciate the fine service and extra fine work done on  my house.  David gave me wonderful advice and ted's outstanding workmanship was very comforting and appreciated.

In January of this year, RUSCO Industries installed aluminum cladding on our external window trim, perimiter battens and various other trim areas. As well, you installed soffit under our walk out deck. I just wanted to drop you a quick not on how very happy we are with the work.

I realize that in a busy city such as Calgary quality work such as the work that was performed by your crew can be hard to find.  We appreciate the quality and the time taken to complete the work not as quick as possible, but as well as possible.

If people ask me if i know anyone that can perform this type of work or other renovation work, I will certainly give them your name.  Please continue the great work and best wishes on RUSCO's next 50 years.

Dear David:

As discussed with you by telephone we are happy to confirm we are most stisfied with the installation of our new front and back door.

Throughout the job we received excellent service from both your servcie staff as well as the contractors who comopleted the installation.  Please pass on our appreciation to both Don and Clint. It was a pleasure working with them as they are both very contiensius and take the time to ensure quality workmanship.

Gentlemen,

My wife and I want to express in writing our thorough satisfaction with the major re 0 fenestration and renovation job done on our bungalow. We particularly appreciate the diligence of the overall supervision of Greg, who was always readily available for trouble-shooting and kep the costs within budget.  We would also like mark our appreciation of the courtesy of those directly involved with the labour,notabley Clarence, Richard, Matthew, Robert, John and Thomas.  We developed complete confidence in them and had no hesitation in giving them the run of the house.

All together it has been a reqarding experience and we are the envy of our friends and neighbours; at least one couple has followed our lead and installed RUSCO windows in the last month.

Dear Sir/Madam

We wish to thank and Commend David of your company for his successfull efforts on our behalf to get a locking mechanism to replace the broke mechanisim for our bedroom window.  He came to our home and tried 3 differenc mechanisms wich did not fit; however today we have the correct locking mechanism due to his coninued efforts to solve our problem.  Rusco should be proud of its customer service.  It is Employees like David that every employer looks for as they are what make ordinary companies extraoridnary.
